Mrs. Khitam Al-Utaibi is an internationally recognized education systems strategist with more than 30 years of experience leading education reform, digital transformation, early childhood development, youth development and future learning across Jordan and the Middle East.

Throughout her career, Khitam has held senior leadership and advisory roles with the Jordanian Ministry of Education and has collaborated with international organizations, including the World Bank, UNICEF, USAID, the European Union, KfW, AGFUND, and the National Council for Family Affairs.

She has contributed to major national initiatives spanning education reform, digital learning, early childhood development, teacher professional development, governance, and learning support systems. Her experience bridges policy development, system design, implementation, and capacity building, enabling her to connect strategic vision with practical educational transformation.

As Country Representative of iEARN Jordan, Khitam has helped connect Jordanian educators and students with global learning communities through project-based learning, international collaboration, and educational technology.

She has represented Jordan at international conferences and worked across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Sudan, and the wider Middle East. Her collaborations with governments and international development organizations have enabled her to combine global perspectives with practical solutions tailored to the educational priorities and cultural contexts of the region.
